John 14:1

"Do not let your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me."

John 14:1 (NASB)

Believing in God (what God's Word says) removes all trouble from our hearts. How amazing! If you're troubled about one of your children, just believe Philippians 4:6, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God."

Troubled about your failures, just believe Psalm 103:12, "As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us." Isaiah 43:25, "I, even I, am the one who wipes out your transgressions for My own sake, and I will not remember your sins."

Troubled over finances, just believe Matthew 6:25-26, "For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?" Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Isaiah 46:4, "Even to your old age I will be the same, and even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; and I will bear you and I will deliver you."
