1 Corinthians 11:25

"In the same way He took the cup also after supper, saying, 'This cup is the new covenant in My blood; do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.'"

For today, consider what hope this is for your life. The new covenant wine represents all that Christ means to you: your forgiveness, your guilt-free life, your wisdom for each day, your hope in any situation, your confidence that you are never alone, and that God's perfect will is prevailing (on your behalf) each day even amidst your failures. (Philippians 2:13, "For it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure.") Praise Him!
