Philippians 4:4

"Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!"

Philippians 4:4 (NASB)

Why? Because He saved us. (Ephesians 2:4-5, "But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ [by grace you have been saved].")

He's caring for all our needs. (Matthew 6:25-26, "For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they?")

Heaven is our home. (Philippians 3:20, "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.")

There's nothing to worry about. (Philippians 4:6, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.")

He's directing our lives each day. (Proverbs 20:24, "Man’s steps are ordained by the Lord, how then can man understand his way?") Rejoice!
