Lord, please establish deep within me that all my words have the power to destroy or heal those I talk to. (Psalm 139:23-24, "Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my anxious thoughts; and see if there be any hurtful way [hurtful words] in me, and lead me in an everlasting way.")
