Philippians 4:19
"And my God [not a job] will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4:19 (NASB)
If scripture promises that God will supply ALL my needs, what part of my needs is excluded from this absolute statement? Don't give up too quickly. Try your best to come up with something that is not included in this word. Of course, the answer you will eventually reach is obvious: None of your needs are excluded from God's supply for you. What the loss of a job does (in terms of being a trial in our lives) is to compel us to faith in God's Philippians 4:19 promise to us.
