Romans 9:16

"So then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God who has mercy."

Romans 9:16 (NASB)

So we believers are objects/recipients of GOD'S MERCY. (John 3:8, "The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but you do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.")

(Romans 9:23, "And He did so to make known the riches of His glory upon vessels of mercy, which He prepared beforehand for glory.") Praise the Lord!
