2 Corinthians 2:14

"But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place."

2 Corinthians 2:14 (NASB)

The true Gospel is a "sweet aroma," or sweet perfume. It is freedom from guilt, failure, and condemnation through simply believing in Jesus and what He accomplished for us on the cross. (John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.") How sweet is that?
