Matthew 5:17

"Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill."

Matthew 5:17 (NASB)

Jesus fulfilled all of God's laws/commandments for us. When scripture says in 1 Thessalonians 5:14, "We urge you, brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone," the Holy Spirit is our perfect patience. Praise the Lord!
