Colossians 1:11

"Being strengthened with all power according to his glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience."

Colossians 1:11 (NIV)

God promises to grant you (to give you) "great" power (greater power than any of your difficulties) so you may experience great endurance and patience throughout your day. God knows your trials will continue until glory and He is giving you the patience to endure them. Praise Him!
