Romans 6:17-18

"But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed, and having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness."

Romans 6:17-18 (NASB)

God changes our slavery (what our heart desires) from sin to righteousness, from life independent of God to life attracted to God. We were once "slaves of sin," and now by God's amazing grace, we're slaves (desiring) of righteousness! Praise the Lord! It's all God's doing.
