1 Thessalonians 1:5

"For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction; just as you know what kind of men we proved to be among you for your sake."

1 Thessalonians 1:5 (NASB)

All believers (true Christians) feel the power of God's Word comforting us, teaching us, increasing our attraction to God, causing us to praise Him more, convicting us (making us aware of wrong in our life). Hebrews 4:12a AMPC, "For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power [making it active, operative, energizing, and effective."] Praise the Lord!
