Joshua 1:13

“Remember the word which Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, saying, ‘The Lord your God gives you rest and will give you this land.’"

Joshua 1:13 (NASB)

For today, consider this Old Testament verse; recognize that from Genesis to Revelation it is always God who is the One who gives goodness, kindness, love, rest, etc. It is never something you have to earn but is always derived from God's new covenant for you.
