Colossians 1:12-13

"... giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in Light. For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son."

Colossians 1:12-13 (NASB)

Praise the Lord, He did it all! He opened our blind eyes to see Jesus is our Savior. He transferred us to the kingdom of "Light," where we understand that this world is controlled by the evil one. (1 John 5:19, "We know that we are of God, and that the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.) We know that heaven is our home. (Philippians 3:20, "For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ.") And we know that He who began a good work in us will perfect it. (Philippians 1:6, "For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.") Praise the Lord!
