Romans 12:18

"If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men."
Romans 12:18 (NASB)

Today, we are living through a practical application of this verse when it comes to getting vaccinated. There are intense feelings about this question on both sides. The phrase, “so far as it depends on you," means to maintain a personal peace with others. Trust God to lead you to get the shot, or not; then peaceably respect everyone else's decision. What a wonderful way to go through life! Don't argue with anyone about anything! "A fool gets into constant fights. His mouth is his undoing! His words endanger him" (Proverbs 18:6-7, TLB).
